Spring Hotel Bitacora - Playa de las Americas (Tenerife)

Spacious rooms and attentive service

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this hotel, where the spacious room had ample space for our baby cot and double buggy. A lovely pool view that enhanced our mornings. The food at breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly made omelettes alongside a variety of options that satisfied everyone's tastes. The staff were pretty good, especially as they extended our checkout time with a complimentary courtesy room. The evening entertainment could use more variety to avoid repetition.

The pool area with the bar as well as the evening bar area was very good.

The food wasn't the best. Not many fresh fruits. Pineapple was in a can, for example. The price for the low season is pretty high for what you get.

Management needs to tackle the sunbed reservation chaos!!! The evening noise from entertainment is far too loud!!! It's absurd to deal with language issues when ordering at the pool bar!!!

The buffet is very complete but I only recommend all inclusive, in half board everything is very expensive.

The swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for children. We enjoyed the water slides. The location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Our room had a lovely pool view, made our mornings brighter.

Sometimes the dining options felt a bit repetitive.

location close to siam park, a taxi from the airport and so close to the beach and shops and bus stops. for shots visit tony roma's, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Clean, comportable and very pleasant staff

The hotel was very clean in rooms and also public areas. All the staff were very friendly and the food was very good. We went on an all inclusive basis and have to say it was good value for money. We would hope to book with you again to return later on in the year.

The spring was fantastic! Staff greeted us like long-lost friends, and the entertainment was great. The room was kept immaculate daily, which I appreciated.

The rooms were brand-new, great-sized, came with ample space, slippers, as for instance. The staff was very efficient, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Veronicas Strip. There was a very nice restaurant, a shopping centre and various stores next door.

Well, the area was extremely busy overall.

my pet hate of having to put towels on sunbeds at 8.00am.but if you did not do it there was no chance of getting a sunbed all day.have been to this hotel a few times and this is only a problem during school holiday times. not really a critcism but a fitness room gym would be a great asset to this hotel.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, all well-maintained and warm. The evening entertainment varied daily, with engaging activities suitable for all ages.

The buffet dining options seemed a bit repetitive day to day, with some options frequently lukewarm, which can be a deal-breaker for some. Room cleaning was hit or miss. We found under-bed areas weren't cleaned properly during our week-long visit, and the walls definitely needed more attention. The layout of the common areas can be a bit cramped during peak hours. Finally, the entertainment volume at night was a bit over the top, which might disrupt your relaxation time while trying to wind down.
